How the Insurance Process Works

Here is an explanation of our process and how we work with your insurance company.

Step One: We gather information.

  • Follow-up with your insurance company until a decision is reached
Step Three: We receive your insurance company's decision.
If approved for coverage, we:
  • Notify you of the insurance approval
  • Discuss payment options for any co-pay responsibilities
  • Ship the Flexitouch system to you and arrange a training session
  • Bill your insurance company
If your order is denied, we:
  • Gather clinical information and review your insurer’s coverage criteria to evaluate your case for appeal
  • Contact you to discuss appeal and other payment options
